Q1. No results found
- I typed in the name but it does not appear on the list.
Solution :
We use Google Map API to show the place list. If the name of the place does not appear in the list, please visit Google Maps to find the address and search again with the address.
Q2. Address not working
Solution :
Delete "Korea" or "South Korea" at the end of the address and try again. This might work.
Q3. Address showing differently
- I put an address but the result shows a different address.

New address : 16 Myeongdong 9-gil, Jung-gu (O)
Old address : 10-1 Myeongdong-1-ga, Jung-gu (O)
Both are correct and are still in use. The building signs on the streets will only show the new address.
Solution :
Korea uses three different types of addresses. Google Map API will automatically convert and show the matching address.
If you are unsure whether the system is showing the correct address,
1) please use the address shown on the system to book fist.
2) then, put the address you have in the MEMO section of CHECKOUT page
3) Indiway (Funtastic Korea) agent will check the address and send you a Voucher with the correct address.
Q4. Is my address complete? Is it correct?
The English address needs to include a street/building number in front.
Sometimes, even Google Map shows wrong addresses without the building number like below.
5-digit number(12345) or 3digit -3digit number(123-456) is postal code/zipcode, NOT an address.
We cannot find the address using the postal code.
