I can’t click on the date I wish to book. What can I do?

Our system only allows you to book until pre-determined days in advance. Every product has different conditions.

If the date you want to book is greyed-out (not selectable), it means that:
1) The product does not operate on that date (Check operating dates!)
2) The product is fully booked.
3) It is too late/too early to book for your preferred date.

 

If you are booking late

1) Contact us via CHAT first to check availability.
2) Our agent will check with the supplier
3) If the supplier confirms availability, you can book by selecting a random date that's clickable and let us know the real date in the NOTES section of the checkout page. 
4) Our agent will change the date for you. 

  

If you are booking early

1) Contact us via CHAT first to check availability.
2) Our agent will check with the supplier to see if there will be any changes to the product later. 
3) Our agent will open up the calender for you to book. 

If you think it's an error

1) Contact us via CHAT to check. 
2) Our agent will check the system and confirm whether it's an error.

    Dear sir i cant click on the date we will be goin to incheon may 27 will leave seoul at 7.30 pm.i cant book .it says i have tocontactyou first .is it available ?
