Note that greyed-out dates either means that: (1) Product does not operate on that date (Check operating dates!) (2) Product is fully booked. (3) It is too late/too early to book for your preferred date.

Step 2: Add To Cart
Select and/or fill up all required details ⇒ Add To Cart. You may either continue shopping and adding other products or proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Review shopping bag
To review your shopping bag : Place your cursor on the “shopping bag” icon on the top right-hand corner of the website and click “View Shopping Bag”. To checkout: Place your cursor on the “shopping bag” icon on the top right-hand corner of the website and click “Proceed To Checkout”.
Step 4: Proceed to checkout
After reviewing your shopping bag and making sure that you have added everything you need in the cart, make your payment by clicking “Proceed To Checkout”.
Step 5: Proceed to payment
Fill in all the necessary details ⇒ Read & accept the terms & conditions ⇒ Proceed to pay by either international credit cards, PayPal or cash at Funko office by clicking on “PLACE ORDER”.
Step 6: Payment process
Paying by International Credit Cards
Once you click on “PAY”, a window will pop up for you to select your credit card type.
Choose your credit card type.
Fill up your credit card details ⇒ Click “NEXT”.
Click on “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions ⇒ Click “PAY NOW” to pay.
Do not close the window by clicking on the “X” button of the window. Click on “Close” button instead! Clicking on the “X” button cancels your payment.
Paying by PayPal
Once you checkout with your payment choice as PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal page ⇒ Login with your PayPal account
Verify your credit card details ⇒ Click on “Pay Now”.
Paying by Cash
Payment by cash at Funko Office is available only upon appointment. Please let us know your date and time of visit in the “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” section at the checkout page.
Please note that we only accept cash payment for the following products: ★ Cruise (Live Concert/Fireworks only; Not Buffet Cruises) ★ Lotte World Discount Ticket ★ Caribbean Bay Group Ticket ★ Everland Group Ticket ★ Everland Shuttle Bus Only Ticket ★ Trickeye Museum ★ Alive Museum
For other products, please pay online using your credit card or PayPal =)
Cash payment should be received at least 2 business days before your tour date. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received in time.
Your reservations are not confirmed and we will not hold your seats until payment is made.
Step 7: Sit back, relax and wait for our confirmation email. =)
